We at Country Builders complete our projects with trophy winning speed, the same kind of speed that wins races on the track. Country Builders got started in SPRINT CAR RACING in 1988. Throughout those years we won several Main events with many racing organizations and several talented teams. These cars race in the 410 cu.in. class at several events, throughout the United States. The car is 1350lbs and uses a specially prepared Alcohol Racing Engine. 2000 saw a farewell tour for the CBR sprinter and it was a great finish as we captured the 2000 "King of California" title to put a cap on our farewell tour. Ronnie Day of Salinas, CA was the pilot of our car for nearly 8 years. Together we achieved great success in sprint car racing. After taking one full year off in 2001, Country Builders Racing got it's name back into action in 2002 as a major sponsor to Terry McCarl of Des Moines, IA. Terry was the first pilot of the CBR Sprinter from 1988 to 1992. 2007 began a new generation of Country Builders Racing as Kyle Offill took to the track in Quarter Midgets. Kyle is the youngest grandson of Weldon Offill and is Keith's son. Kyle has accomplished a lot over the past 2 1/2 years and hopes to continue through the ranks of becoming the next pilot of the CBR Sprinter. Kyle has currently started driving Jr. Sprints and has adapted well to the dirt. 2008 also saw Country Builders become a sponsor and partner to the Golobic Motorsports Team from Fremont, California. The 18yr old driver Shane Golobic has been quite impressive in his driving abilities. To follow Shane and his schedule, go to www.ShaneGolobic.com.
