Country Builders LeadershipWeldon OffillProprietor Weldon formed Country Builders in 1979 after serving as a hands-on carpenter. His 35 years of experience has brought him to the top of the Homebuilding Trades. Weldon has been a member of the Church of Christ in Fremont CA for over 40 years and does a number of public teachings in different areas. He has been a member in good standing with the 46 Counties Union and has served as president of the Northern California Carpenters Association and other trade organizations. Bryan OffillBryan Offill has been with Country Builders since 1986 after 18 years as one of our skilled carpenters and head foreman. He brings a large amount of expertise to our staff from years of hands on building. Bryan is the oldest of three sons and is the main drive behind Country Builders' ongoing desire to be the best. Kelly OffillKelly Offill has also been with Country Builders since 1996 after 10 years as one of our skilled carpenters and head foreman. He brings a wealth of insight and structural integrity from years of expertise in the framing industry. Keith OffillCountry Builders is a family oriented company. Keith joined the CB team in 1998 after 7 years of hands-on training. He earned an AA in Business and also has great insight in Architectural Design. Keith also deals with a lot of our public relations and oversees most of our business aspects. Chris TodaroChief Estimator Chris Todaro joined the CB team in 1996 after nearly 20 years as our outside General Superintendent. Chris earned an AA in Business Administration and attended the University of Oregon. Chris deals in all of the construction needs. From estimating the jobs to completing them, he is a major asset on our team. Kenny BrashierGeneral Superintendent Kenny has been with Country Builders since 1987 after serving 10 years of progressive experience in the construction field as a hands-on carpenter. He has become our General Superintendent organizing and leading all job strategies. Kenny's desire and dedication to our company has been a vital tool on the CB winning team.
